I’ve never been a big fan of scrambled eggs, but one morning at a hotel in Nottingham it looked like the only decent item on the menu. I went for it and it has changed my life since. It was amazing, it wasn’t rubbery like I remember, it was creamy, well seasoned and pretty much perfect. I decided it was time to check out different recipes online and find one that works for me. So, to make perfect scrambled eggs all you need is the following:
- Non stick pan
- Hob
- Spatula
- Fork
- Bowl
- Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
You first heat up the on stick pan and add a little butter until it starts to melt. Then you whisk the egg and milk and add it to the pan. Leave it to sit for about 30 seconds and then begin to scrape the egg to one side so more of the liquid egg falls in it’s place, creating layers of creamy egg. As most of the liquid dissolves, remove from the heat and then begin to scramble the egg. Then around 30 seconds later it’s done. Perfect.
